Welcome to Atalanta Healing.

These Terms & Conditions govern all services offered by Atalanta Healing (“we,” “us,” “our”) and outline the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries that create a safe, sovereign, and supportive container for our work together.

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or participating in any service offered by Atalanta Healing, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable, acceptance may be confirmed through a checkbox during booking or checkout.

1. Definitions

“Services” refer to all offerings provided by Atalanta Healing, including but not limited to nature‑based family support, grief coaching, emotional intelligence sessions, somatic guidance, workshops, and ritual‑based experiences.
“Session” refers to any scheduled appointment, whether online or in person.
“Client” refers to any individual who books, purchases, or participates in Services.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

Where a minor is permitted to participate in a specific service (for example, family-based end-of-life support), this requires the advance written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also accept these Terms & Conditions on the minor’s behalf.

3. Scope of Services

Atalanta Healing provides supportive, educational, and transformational services rooted in emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, ritual design, and nature-based practices. These services are intended to support personal growth, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Services do not include:

medical treatment
diagnosis
psychotherapy
psychiatric care
legal or financial advice
emergency or crisis intervention

These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and outcomes.

4. Wellness Disclaimer

Healing experiences can be deeply personal and may involve emotional responses. Results vary from person to person. No specific outcome or transformation can be guaranteed.

5. End-of-Life Doula Services

Holistic End-of-Life Doula Support provided by Atalanta Healing focuses on emotional, practical, educational, and compassionate support for families.

Doula services do not replace medical professionals, nursing care, legal advisors, funeral directors, or licensed mental health practitioners.

6. Crisis & Emergency Disclaimer

Atalanta Healing does not provide crisis support. If you are experiencing acute distress, suicidal ideation, or any emergency situation, you must immediately contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.

You are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional.

7. Hospitality, Retreats & Third-Party Providers

Atalanta Healing may collaborate with hotels, resorts, villas, yacht operators, tourism organizations, event venues, transportation providers, and other independent partners.

Each third-party provider remains solely responsible for its own:

accommodation
transportation
hospitality services
excursions
customer service
safety procedures
policies and operations

Atalanta Healing is responsible only for the services directly provided by Atalanta Healing.

Where a specific retreat, voyage, or event has its own participation agreement (for example, a Wellness Voyage Participation Agreement), that agreement’s terms, including any liability release specific to that experience, apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any conflict between the two for that specific experience, the event-specific agreement governs.

8. Digital Products

All workbooks, journals, guides, videos, downloadable resources, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Atalanta Healing. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or modified without prior written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, downloadable materials, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Atalanta Healing unless otherwise stated. Content may be viewed for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Client Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and effective working relationship, clients agree to:

arrive on time and prepared
engage respectfully and honestly
take responsibility for their emotional and physical wellbeing
follow safety guidelines during nature-based or movement-based sessions
communicate any accessibility needs or concerns

Clients must ensure:

a stable internet connection for online sessions
a private, safe, and interruption-free environment
a suitable device for video or audio communication
that they are located in a jurisdiction where participation in these services is lawful

11. Professional Boundaries

To protect the integrity of the work and the energetic container, the following boundaries apply:

Communication outside of sessions is limited to scheduling, logistics, or brief clarifications.
Out-of-session emotional processing, coaching, or voice-note support is not included unless explicitly stated in your service package.
Dual relationships (friend/client, colleague/client, romantic/client) are not permitted.
Physical touch is only used in in-person sessions when explicitly agreed upon and appropriate to the modality.
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if boundaries are crossed or if the work is no longer aligned.

12. Payment Policy

Payment is required to confirm and reserve your appointment unless otherwise stated. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

For packages, workshops, or group offerings:

All sales are final.
Payments are non-refundable, except as described in Section 14 (Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services), where services are discontinued by Atalanta Healing rather than cancelled by the client.
Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund decisions, when applicable, are made solely by Atalanta Healing and are final.

13. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Individual Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment is transferred to the rescheduled appointment when notice is provided within the cancellation policy.
Appointments may be rescheduled once. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and are subject to availability.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations (three or more within a 60-day period) may result in limited booking availability or discontinuation of services.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the session

14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to:

boundary violations
disrespectful or abusive behavior
misalignment with the scope of our work
safety concerns
non-payment

If services are discontinued by Atalanta Healing (as distinct from a client-initiated cancellation under Section 13), unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

15. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential except in the following circumstances:

you provide written consent
we are legally required to disclose information
there is risk of harm to yourself or others
child or elder abuse is suspected

Confidentiality applies to both in-person and online sessions.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to provide services, process payments, and maintain communication.

This may include:

contact information
session notes
payment details
website analytics

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or essential service providers (e.g., payment processors).

While we use reputable platforms and take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online communication system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

By participating in online sessions, you acknowledge this inherent limitation. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Third-Party Services

This website and our services may include links to or rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, booking systems, or external websites. Atalanta Healing is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

17. Technology & Online Sessions

Online sessions rely on third-party platforms and internet connections. Atalanta Healing is not responsible for:

technical issues
device malfunctions
environmental interruptions
software issues
platform outages
or connectivity problems beyond its control

If a session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Sessions significantly disrupted due to client-side technical issues may be considered completed and are non-refundable.

18. Session Conduct & Safety

Clients agree to engage respectfully and refrain from:

harassment
discriminatory language
aggressive behavior
intoxication during sessions
abusive or disruptive conduct

Atalanta Healing reserves the right to immediately terminate a session or refuse, pause, or discontinue services if client conduct becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

19. Nature-Based & Somatic Risk Acknowledgment

Nature-based and somatic sessions may involve light physical movement, uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, or outdoor environments. By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to:

engage within your own physical limits
communicate any injuries, limitations, or concerns
follow safety instructions provided during the session

You accept full responsibility for your physical participation

20. Liability

By participating in services, you acknowledge that:

you are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing
results vary based on personal engagement and circumstances
Atalanta Healing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in services, to the fullest extent permitted by law

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atalanta Healing, its founder, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, except to the extent caused by Atalanta Healing’s own negligence or misconduct

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our control, including:

natural disasters
illness
political unrest
power outages
internet failures
unforeseen emergencies

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled when possible

23. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy available under the governing law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

25. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Atalanta Healing regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

27. Closing Statement

These Terms & Conditions are designed to honor the integrity of the work, protect the energetic container, and support a grounded, compassionate, and sovereign experience for every client. By entering this space, you agree to uphold the clarity, respect, and mutual responsibility that make this work transformative.
